We shot this from the roof of the neighboring house (1310 Skelly) We just put a new roof on it this summer 2006. You shouldn't have to mess with roof for a long time on this house either! The drive and front porch are also fairly new. (A couple years old) Outside sewer lines were new in 2006. The yard is huge. It could encompass a couple acres. I generally let the renters determine how much yard they want. They then stay put! This particular house has been popular for truckers because I have a place they can park their tractors undisturbed. In the city limits this is a major plus! It is set way back and hidden from the road... The kids can play. |
